At Johnson’s Juice Company, we’re a pretty open-minded bunch, but we’re single minded when it comes to our approach to quality. We have 1 goal – TASTE! And bundles of it! Welcome to our world. Johnsons freshly squeezed orange juice tastes exactly like an orange, because until very recently… it WAS an orange! We also think that drinking our orange juice is just like eating the fruit, but without having to pick off the white pithy stuff, or getting your fingers all sticky! We don’t ever, EVER freeze our juices, or use concentrates – urck! (You’d be surprised at who do though, but we won’t tell tales out of school). In fact, we positively frown at the thought of it. (Perhaps that’s why so many people frown when they concentrate)! We also NEVER add water to our orange juice. Why spoil something so naturally tasty?! So, how do we ‘make’ our juices? Much the same as you would at home, but on an oh so slightly bigger scale. You’d cut an orange in half and squeeze hard until your face turns purple. Seeing as we do this on a daily basis, we’ve got some bigger squeezers, but the method is very much the same. When our juice stands (to attention!) for a while, the pulp will settle at the bottom of the bottle, and separate from the juice. Don’t worry though, it’s entirely natural, and if you squeezed oranges at home, you’d see the same thing after a little while. Just give the bottle a little shake.
